Our Confident Smile Plan is an affordable discount dental plan designed for new and existing patients to maintain good oral health, while providing dental care savings and is available to all patients without any dental insurance plans. Membership is active immediately with no waiting period, no claims to submit and no maximums or deductibles.
Plan Exclusions: Any specialists and/ or referrals are not included in this plan. Invisalign treatment and bleaching including whitening and hygiene supplies are excluded as well.
Membership benefits included are:

Two periodic exams, including initial exam (excludes limited and emergency exams)

Two regular cleanings (prophylaxis) per year, for adult or child, including fluoride treatment. Patients who require a deep cleaning due to necessary treatment for periodontal disease of the gums or periodontal maintenance will receive the 20% CSP plan fee.

All x-rays (radiographs) which are recommended including bitewings, full mouth series.
