We are so excited to see your vibrant smiles in action at the first ever Worcester Township Community Day! Worcester Community Day was created to give residents, community members, and families a chance to make lasting memories as a thank you for their year round support.
Join Fairview Dental Arts on Saturday, May 13, (Rain Date: Sunday, May 14) from 11am to 4 pm for a day of family friendly fun, food, and excitement. Worcester Township Community Day will be full of endless games, activities, and demonstrations designed to showcase the Township, as well as bring the whole community together for a day of smiles and laughs.
We’re kicking off the summer fun a little early with a live DJ, and some of your community’s favorite local businesses and vendors. Bring the whole family to enjoy inflatable obstacles, slides, bouncy houses, and toddler town. Animal lovers can enjoy free pony rides and a petting zoo, as well as a Dog agility demonstration with Molly’s Country Kennels, a State Police K9 presentation and dog adoptions by Home at Last Dog Rescue.
What better way to start summer vacation than with a little carnival fun? We’re bringing all the joy of your favorite carnival straight to your backyard with colorful face painting, balloon animals, a 24-foot rock climbing wall, a Monkey Motion Bounce ride, and more.
Bring out your family’s competitive spirit and skills with a Family Relay Race with Aim High Studio. When you’re done, test your Mini Golf skills and go head-to-head with your friends and family courtesy of Variety Club Camp.
Looking for a new hobby? PSCTA and Frog Hollow Racquet Club will be offering free tennis with certified tennis instructors. Friends of Worcester will also be joining us for the fun with a scavenger hunt.
Did we mention the delicious food? Guests will enjoy food truck fares and concessions from Mr. D’s Nomadic Kitchen, Uncle B’s BBQ Shack, Philly Fry Food Truck, Cuisine 365, Greener Partners, and famous halved chickens cooked onsite by the Fire Department. Community day wouldn’t be complete without the chance to give back. All proceeds go directly back to the troop when you purchase from Boy Scout Troop 133 Concessions.
Speaking of the Fire Department...for just $1, you can dunk a firefighter to benefit Worcester Volunteer Fire Department! Have you ever wondered what it’s like to ride in a fire truck? WVFD will be there to offer fire truck rides to all of our guests. Township Public Works Department, Fire Department and Allan Meyers will be offering some hands-on fun with Touch a Truck. There will also be free muscle tension screenings by Community Chiropractic Center.
With such a wide range of fun activities and demonstrations, Worcester Township Community Day truly has something for everyone.
